You know … it’s weird. Most desktop mail clients can handle multiple signatures, as can SquirrelMail. But Yahoo and gMail can’t, even though both offer the ability to set more than one address and reply-to.

At the same time, Google is acting like schlepping randomized content from a handful of RSS feeds around at the top of a message window is the second coming; and Yahoo … well … Yahoo’s hanging in there.

But it’d be awfully nice if Web-based mail apps that acknowledge the existence of more than one mail personality for a user could add that last bit of detail.
